Educational project

The Ecomuseum, situated in Val Germanasca around 70 km from Turin, had been established in 1998 to preserve the unique cultural heritage and the historical mining industry patrimony. The Ecomuseum allows to visit 4 km of underground tunnels and galleries. The Educational Department offers many guided tours as ScopriMiniera and ScopriAlpi and has developed a series of laboratories and itineraries based on the age and school level of the kids. Hands on workshops and experiential learning are the core of our educational offer. Hoping that this information might be a useful guide for your school program, we look forward to seeing you at the Ecomuseum.
